Born into an established Monegasque family with several generations of experience, Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in management from EDHEC business school, and has a thorough knowledge of the Principality’s real estate market and institutions.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate business, his professionalism and attention to detail enable him to build trusting relationships with his customers.

Committed to providing his customers with personalized support, he offers sound advice and solutions tailored to their needs, even after transactions have been finalized, in terms of administrative procedures and work supervision.

Nicolas is also deeply involved in the Principality’s political life, with an in-depth knowledge of the local social and economic fabric. At the age of 26, he was elected to the Municipal Council in 2007, and served as Deputy Mayor for 4 terms, i.e. 16 years until 2023.

Since 2023, Nicolas has continued his commitment to the Principality as an elected member of the National Council, the Monegasque parliament, which enables him to be involved in legislative work and in monitoring the country’s affairs.

His professional skills have enabled him to carry out a number of major transactions in the Principality.
