Celebrating 25 Years of Solidarity with the No Finish Line Monaco

From November 16 to 24, 2024, the Principality of Monaco will host the 25th edition of the No Finish Line (NFL), a charity race that has become an essential event for thousands of participants.

Created in 2001 by the association Children & Future, this 8-day, non-stop, 24-hour event aims to promote the defense of children’s rights and fund projects to improve the lives of disadvantaged or sick children, regardless of origin, religion, or gender.

Under the high patronage of H.S.H. Princess Charlene, the No Finish Line has gained a reputation far beyond the borders of the Principality. The concept has expanded internationally, with similar races held in Paris, Nice, Bratislava, Oslo, and even in Latin America, in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. This is further proof of the event’s appeal and impact, which has become a true model for charity races worldwide.

In its 25 years of existence, this race has mobilized over 175,000 participants, covered more than 4.8 million kilometers, and raised over 5.1 million euros, making it one of the most important charity events in Monaco.

A Simple and Accessible Concept for Everyone

The principle of the No Finish Line is simple and open to everyone: run or walk on a 1,300-meter circuit, open 24 hours a day for 8 consecutive days. Children & Future, the organizing association, commits to donating 1€ for every kilometer covered to fund the projects it supports for children.

Initially held at Port Hercule, the race gradually moved to the Fontvieille district, between the Roseraie and the breakwater. This new, equally iconic location allows participants to enjoy a green and peaceful setting, while remaining in the heart of the Principality.

Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, which forced organizers to offer a 100% virtual version in 2020, the No Finish Line bounced back and resumed its traditional format from 2022 onward, enthusiastically reengaging runners and walkers from Monaco and the region.

A Generous, Cosmopolitan, and Intergenerational Race

While the No Finish Line is primarily a charity race, it also has a unifying and festive dimension. Each year, the event brings together participants from all walks of life, from the youngest to the oldest, united by a shared spirit of solidarity.

In 2024, for this anniversary edition, the organizers hope to gather even more participants, with the goal of surpassing 300,000 kilometers covered, as was achieved in 2023. Beyond the sporting challenge, participants are invited to experience something unique, full of encounters, conviviality, and sharing. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or a casual walker, the No Finish Line offers you the opportunity to push your limits while contributing to a noble cause.

This year, once again, the Miells-Christie’s real estate team is coming together to participate in this unique race. Join us from November 16 to 24, 2024, for this 25th edition and become part of this beautiful charity adventure!
